Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Blissful Monkey for your yoga practice. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Notice Period & Cancellation Process
Cancellations made with at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled class time will be eligible for a full refund to your account. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations can be made through our online booking system on the Mindbody App or by contacting us. Please ensure that you cancel well in advance to receive a refund.

Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed immediately when you cancel on the Mindbody App. The pass will be available on your account and the expiration date of the pass will apply.

Exceptions
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered for documented emergencies or special circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled class without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds and will result in a forfeited class credit.

Package Holders & Members
For clients with class packages or memberships, the same cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 2 hours will result in a forfeited class credit, and cancellations with more than 2 hours notice will be fully refunded to your account.

Policy Changes
Blissful Monkey reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy as needed to better serve our community. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance through email and posted on our website.
By participating in classes at Blissful Monkey, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and organized studio environment for everyone.
