Catherine first turned to yoga back in 2007 for respite and relief from the stresses of pregnancy loss, infertility, and high-risk pregnancy. Ten years later, Catherine returned to the mat with renewed interest in physical fitness and a broader focus on yoga as a way of life, to balance activity with tranquility, effort with ease. In 2018, she earned her 200-hour certification from Fluid Yoga School at Stil Studio in Dedham. A passionate student of life, she enjoys workshops at Kripalu and Insight Meditation Society, and in 2021 was certified to teach HEAL ing Yoga.
Catherine’s classes include breathwork and meditation, often inspired by nature, literature, and poetry. She offers a challenging vinyasa flow, yet class themes are often connected to the changing seasons, the phases of the moon, or the five elements. Catherine marvels at the ongoing evolution
of her own yoga practice and aims to support her students in the discovery of their own unique yoga practices.
